Meet Anxiety Axolotl. This plushie was inspired by a drawing my daughter made. A colorful creature with big eyes and a big heart. 🧡 
 
I brought him to life using soft, multicolored plush yarn that reflects how emotions can feel: all over the place, loud, bright, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming. 🥲 I use Polyfil Premium Fiber-fill in all of my plushies. This guy has eyes embroidered with chenille yarn or safety eyes. He also holds a removable velcro backed heart. 🧡
 
His deep red frills and tail stand out like a warning flare, but really, he just wants to be understood.  He holds a squishy orange heart as a reminder to breathe, to self-soothe 🧘 , & to keep showing up... even when your chest feels tight and your thoughts won’t stop racing.
 
He’s for the overthinkers, the deep feelers, and anyone who’s ever needed something soft to hold when it all feels like too much. 
 
You don’t have to explain your anxiety to him. He already gets it. He also sends a deep reminder that, if all you did today was exist, you did enough. ❤️
